Your subscription will be prorated. Today’s charge will include the remainder of the current month, plus any applicable service and setup fees. Your subscription will automatically renew each month until canceled. On the last day of every month, your account will be charged the monthly parking rate plus any applicable taxes and service fees. Parking License & Liability Terms This license permits one automobile to park in the designated monthly parking area. Prices may change, and parking agreements may be altered or discontinued at any time. Management is not responsible for fire, theft, damage, or loss of the vehicle or any items inside it. All risk is assumed by the licensee. This is a license to rent space only—no bailment is created. This license expires at the end of each calendar month. We appreciate your business.
